Public Administration

A graduate of this specialization acquires the knowledge necessary to work in public administration institutions at both the local and central levels. The programme develops competences in managing administrative processes, complying with legal regulations and solving organizational problems within public institutions.

Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

This specialization prepares students to manage and operate small and medium-sized enterprises. Graduates develop skills in work organization, managerial decision-making, financial management and effective business development in a rapidly changing market environment. They also gain practical competences useful in educational, preventive and psychoeducational activities, as well as in conducting interventions, negotiations and mediation in crisis and conflict situations.

Personal Data Protection

Graduates of this specialization acquire knowledge of personal data protection regulations, data protection system management and the implementation of data protection policies in various organizations. They learn how to ensure legal compliance and manage risks related to data security.

Management and Leadership

This specialization focuses on developing managerial and leadership competences. Graduates learn effective team management, employee motivation and strategic decision-making within organizations. The programme builds the skills necessary for leaders capable of managing change and creating strong organizational relationships.

To complete your admission process at the Jagiellonian Academy, please prepare the following documents:

Identity and Personal Documents

Valid ID card or passport (required for all applicants)
For non-EU citizens: a visa valid for entry into Poland

Educational Documents

For Bachelor’s Degree Applicants

Secondary school leaving certificate / high school diploma

For Master’s Degree Applicants

Bachelor’s degree diploma

Documents Required for Completing Admission

Completed application form
Documents needed for signing the study agreement (ID + education documents)
A student ID photo (uploaded through the photo submission form)

Admission Requirements

EU/EEA Students

European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to access free medical care in Poland

Non-EU/EEA Students

Health insurance purchased in the home country or in Poland
Recommended: accident insurance & third-party liability insurance

Students Staying in Poland for More Than 3 Months

Registration of stay at the Voivodeship Office
Required documents include:
passport / ID,
proof of insurance,
proof of accommodation (as required by the office),
completed registration forms

Additional Documents (Depending on Situation)

Proof of medical insurance (required in all cases)
Any additional documents requested by the Admissions Office during verification
