On 7 -12 April 2019, a delegation of the Jagiellonian College goes on a visit to China.
Beijing
Our representatives will first be in Beijing, where the main point of the visit will be a meeting with the authorities of the headquarters of the Institutes of Confucius HANBAN. During this meeting, a concept of Chinese language teaching in kindergartens, prepared and implemented by our center, will be presented. In Toruń, in cooperation with the City’s authorities, pre-school children are taught in ten institutions. As part of this project, nearly 200 children learn the basics of this language and culture.
In addition, the Hanban authorities will be presented with plans for the development of our activity for the coming year and subsequent years. In particular, the concept of development of our business in Bydgoszcz will be presented, which we develop in cooperation with the local University of Technology and Life Sciences.
Wuhan
The second stage of the visit will take place in Wuhan. In addition to meeting with the authorities of the Hubei University and the board of directors of our center, our delegation will meet the authorities of Hubei and the city of Wuhan. The purpose of these meetings will be to develop the role of our center in cooperation in the area of economic, tourism and sport relations.
